These times are quantised (by the use of dcp::SubtitleString) and then compared with unquantised times (kept as ContentTime) in the main checking loop in SubtitleDecoder::get(). Fix this by storing periods as ContentTimePeriod as well as in the dcp::SubtitleStrings.
